Women Hygiene and Sanitation Workshop and Distribution Campaign (Buea, Cameroon)

Our team carried out a hygiene and sanitation workshop with local women of the Mile 16 Bolifamba community. The workshop focused on the role of women as leaders of water and how they can work to safeguard their homes through effective hygiene and sanitation practices. The program took place on 5/07/2026.

The workshop ended with the distribution of hygiene and sanitation kits such as drinking water buckets, soaps, detergents and toilet tissues. 13 women benefited from the distribution campaign.

All participants express their satisfaction and were happy to learn how to lead as role models to protect their families and communities.
